Caramel Frappicino

I was never really a big fan of caramel as a kid. As an adult, I tolerated it in my deserts. But when I tried the Caramel Vanilla Iced Coffee from Sheetz, I was in love. So much so that I've been trying to make my own version because sadly, Sheetz isn't walking distance for me anymore. (Ah, college life.)
But I found it! This recipe was perfect. I altered it a bit; I made my own whipped topping:
  • 1 cup heaving whipping cream, 1 tbl vanilla, 2 tbl sugar. Beat cream until it begins to stiffen. Add vanilla and sugar. Beat until it's whipped cream!) 
and used milk instead of creamer. I would probably use a vanilla creamer next time, but it was still plenty sweet. And it made about 2 servings. So you can share. If you want. I did not.
This made my morning yesterday. In addition to the amazing breakfast scramble the boyfriend made. So I had to share!
